The Clowns Internationals’ Gallery/Museum which was formerly accommodated at All Saints Centre, Haggerston Road, has now moved to Wookey Hole Caves near Wells in Somerset.  However, a small exhibition is now displayed at Holy Trinity Church where its Archives are now stored.  This display may be viewed on the first Friday of each month from Noon onwards.

On the first Sunday in February of each year, there is the annual Clowns Service of remembrance and rededication in the memory of Joseph Grimaldi who is regarded as the “father” of modern clowning.

The service begins at 3pm and lasts for an hour.  Afterwards there is the traditional clown show for children held in the Church Hall attached to the church.  Everyone is welcome to attend this famous church service and early arrival by 2pm on the day is recommended.  All clowns who attend do so in motley, so this is a colourful and very jolly occasion.

Photography is allowed but commercial photographers and film crews should obtain a permit beforehand.
